Bought tickets last Nov for The Lion King in Charlotte, NC for their Aug 30th 2pm show. Chased tickets these last two weeks only to find out that Charlotte-theater.com who used this seller has not been able to contact them so I am out nearly $500 for 4 great tickets. Of course now the same seats are three times the price. So sorry for my 12 year old that was so excited to go. Tried to call them but went straight to voice mail. Now I am researching and see various site and posts, I had no idea :-(
