Very sad!!!

I recently went on SSDI because of Cerebral Palsy though I worked 30 years of my life. I tried to contact Merrick Bank...their customer service is absolutely awful...!!!! I asked to get my interest rate reduced and they gave me nothing! They did not care that I was now...
