Within a month, two purchases of Jimmy Dean regular breakfast sausage have been inedible. The first roll of sausage was so salty we couldn't eat it. The second roll was extremely red and had a very odd taste, and we had to throw it out. In the past, we have enjoyed this product. Now however, I am reluctant to purchase this product ever again. User's recommendation: Buyer Beware.
