Very displeased!

Had my oil changed,they upsold me on air filter a d "cabin air filter"change. My air conditioner worked fine when i drove inti the place- was bliwing out tbe vents. After they changed my airfilters- now my ac will only blow out of the defrost!!!! I took car back to...
