I ordered blinds that arrives with broken slats. They have pictures on their website with video that do not match what they mean. Yes I read the words,but I felt like I should go with what the picture and video says it means, even though they used different words hence the pictures. stack left wand left meant the opposite of what I ordered. you can't change the carrier to the opposite side,so I need a whole new bar. The customer service is the worst...I mean worse than a *** accent from another country. They act retarded when you try to tell them what the problem is. They are trying to cover their mistake by taking down the incorrect pictures & Video. They are not easy to get in touch with,because they are not available after 5p.m. Eastern time,and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I have called several times,and left several emails,and they have not gave a *** to make this right.
