Very difficult booking trip to Tokyo Disney

I have tried for 2 weeks to book a vacation to Tokyo Disney. We are big fans of Disney and want to experience the other parks. The website for Tokyo Disney is VERY challenging. The packages are not clear and we ended up trying to contact customer service for 4 days in a row. Even when we called during their service hours, many times they said they did not have someone who spoke english available and said we needed to call back. When we did call back the person was not very fluent and made the conversation very challenging. I had to book 2 restorations because it was a busy weekend and I did not understand the packages from their website. He said they could cancel one of the reservations but I would not get a refund for more than a month. Also they have strange policies that are not very friendly. They told me they are not owned by Disney which is why it is different. I tried to book a dinner reservation on property but the website would not allow. So I had to call again and had a similar problem. Disney should quality control any franchises that operate under your name. Try to use the website to book a trip and dinner reservations. Its not easy. Then try to call them and ask questions. It should be an international destination able to support people from different parts of the world. It gave me a bad impression of the Disney Corporation.
