Very bad service, dodgy telephone policy

I can't add 0 star what they actually deserve. I didn't want to write a bad review but my mobile company have deducted £16. Why? Because I had to call UK Gaming many times as I had complaints. I write a review as this is the final straw. Please be very careful when you call them because there is not written anything on their site about that you have to pay if you dare to call them. And please be very careful when you buy something from them. Firstly I ordered a computer with 16GB memory. Meanwhile I changed my mind and I wanted to buy 16GB more. One of the sales guys told me in the phone, that it was fine, they could send it next week. Easy thing, isn't it? But after that I had a long email conversation with the Manager (who is the owner-main sales person). I asked him to send my RAM modules. They don't sell separated components but the sales guy (not the Manager) didn't know that. But it was a week while it has been cleared. Then I said, that's okay, please let me know the correct specification of my RAM modules and I will buy them. It was around two weeks to get finally a link where I could buy the same type RAMs. They said I could put new RAMs into my computer ONLY if I give them the RAM serial numbers. But I wasn't able to buy RAMs and give them serial numbers as they were not willing to give me the RAM specifications. What does it mean for you in practice? If you want to upgrade your PC or replace any component firstly you must give them the serial number otherwise they don't allow to upgrade your PC and the warranty is broken. But you don't know the serial number of anything, only after you bought the particular component. It's very tricky because their warranty is not valid any longer if you dare to upgrade your PC. Maybe it's not important for others but it was really annoying that they add their own "UKGM" name to the PCs, my PC - I felt it was their PC not mine. When I checked my hardware components it turned out that they put in a 2GB video card instead of 4GB which was my order. I ordered a high brand card, they sent a low brand card. The difference is around £70. When I complained the Manager offered me a new card - if I send £150 as deposit for a new card... Otherwise my card will not replaced only if I send back my computer and I need to wait for weeks again. It was the point when I gave up. I don't care warranty anymore. They are totally unable to communicate with each others, with customers. They are not willing to help. They behave if they made a favour when they sell something to you. They put in a cheaper component and wanted me to pay deposit for replacement. They stole the joy of buying a new computer. They caused very bad feelings, bad nights and every seconds of this buying was a pain. And finally they ripped me off with the telephone costs. £16 just because I had to call them and they didn't informed me that is is an extra income for them. How dodgy thing it is! I want to forget this company. Even if my PC got faulty I will buy a new one from others but I don't want communicate them, hear about them. My worst buying experience ever. Now I will seek for help from a customer protection association because the way they make extra profit from their phone number is dodgy and against the law. Be very careful with them, even if you read they sell good PCs.Dodg User's recommendation: Avoid it.
