Very Bad Service. Cannot Fix the Problem
TDS is not able to resolve my problem with not having a consistent Internet connection. I am VERY dissatisfied the service. I work from home and it is vital that I have a reliable Internet connection. As of today, I have had to make 4 appointments for a technician come to our house to resolve our issues. I understand the problem may not be related to overall lines that provides us our service, but I would think an experienced technician would be able to identify whether it is an issue with our internal phone lines so we can have it fixed. I may be forced to have another provider for our Internet service!!!
