Was told start date for contract was the 16th when first payment was made, then when trying to cancel within the 3 days, of which I had to read about, not being told by seller, the company stated I was past the date. They refuse to do anything. They are not training their workers, and they will do anything to make a sale, then screw you on it all. I said I will refuse shipment, and filed a complaint with BBB of which they still state the 3 day law, even though their own sales person stated otherwise.
