Update by user Mar 22, 2021 No response from corporate or head manager at cheddars in Augusta ga Original review posted by user Mar 22, 2021 I was out to celebrate my 20 yr anniversary and once I placed my order and got food requested some steak sauce. The server goes to get some only to come back later to tell me theyre out and been out for weeks. So I ask for manager and he tell me there steaks are so good I dont need steak sauce no way. How he gonna tell me how I should enjoy my food. I know what I like to eat and how I like to eat it. No compassion or concern for how i felt. Horrible customer service User's recommendation: Go somewhere else with better customer service.
