I just found out that they are sending me a movie that I know that I declined. After not getting anyone at the number on the website [protected]), I figured out that I needed to try the number that they give for rotary phone users. You notice that this is not a toll free call. Anyway, I did get to speak to someone. Now I will have to send the unwanted movie back, and be charged for the S&H, but I will have this account closed. My advice, don't join the club. I have found the movies for less in the stores.
