Company was contacted via telephone and was told that the item purchased would be delivered in 4-5 days if I paid for priority shipping. Order was shipped the next day and I received an email with a tracking number. When I went to track the shipment, I discovered that it would take 10 days via fedex to receive the product, although I was told it would take 4-5 days. Well when I called to ask about it they rude customer service rep, told me too bad it is what it is and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, he refused saying there were not around??? When I asked to leave a message for one he hung up??
