Unsolved Refund

I purchased four tickets back on June 28th 2020 from my agent Bravo. Never did I think a pandemic would occur. After the President and the Country ordered NO travel to Europe we then had to contact Bravo at ASAP Tickets in October to figure out what we can do. He told us not to worry bc he would put those tickets on a credit and next year I can reschedule my trip. Well here we are June/July and I have contacted Bravo and several other agents in this company and NO ONE will helps us. They are avoiding the call User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
