I subscribed to Spy Hunter 4 some 8 month ago, as the subscription is 6 monthly I cancelled my subscription within the 6 month time period. 3 month later I get charged 2 amounts bye Digital River Intern. I queried the amounts with DRI and got a reply saying that I did not have any ongoing charges or bills from Spy Hunter. However, I sent DIR some photocopies of the bank charges and got a new reply just today(10 March 2014) Yes indeed, I do have an ongoing subscription after all a charge had been made, The charge applied was different by a few dollars then the charges actually made(?) Ok, so I contacted ENIGMA SOFTWARE -Spy Hunter, they have no records of my 'current' subscription. However, they said that my subscription money had been returned to me 5 month ago??????????? It all make s no sense, I paid some $75 for nothing that's the bottom line. My advise..STAY AWAY from ENIGMA SOFTWARE, SPYHUNTER ..and of course STAY AWAY from DIGITAL RIVER INTERNATIONAL they are either incompetent, a bit relaxed when it comes to other peoples money or both.
