Unsatisfied Marival Owners

Good afternoon everyone. We just got off the phone with Marival due to the fact that it is October, the time of the year to make arrangements for the points transfer. Needless to say, we are very disappointed that this has been an absolute exercise in futility. My wife reminded me last week that this was the time of the year, to make the arrangement and to inquire why we had not heard anything or heard anything from last year. The agent at Marival basically said there was nothing they could do to Brevan's bankruptcy and we made the choice to choose that option. Simply trying to be reasonable I asked, "Can't we just get the 60,000 points back from last year?" I wasn't expecting the money back that we paid to transfer the points, or the $6,000 we were promised in return. I can't see why in good business faith, Marival can't return the points. Please respond to me via email on the latest. Frankly, we all get thousands of emails. I didn't see the one from Brevan announcing their bankruptcy.
