I have sent several emails regarding the violations by owner. In response I was asked to to submit forward a photo, I complied. My initial email was April 13,2018. On May 11, 2018 I sent a follow up email inquiring why nothing was done. On May 18,2018 Sydney Bryson responded that nothing can be done. They cannot force a Homeowner to comply. In short basketball goals will appear on property's with no consequences. I regard Ms. Bryson's answer as factually incorrect. The prior management Company cusick addressed it with an owner and the matter was resolved. Quite frankly, Ms. Bryson has made it clear that she regards the issue as unimportant. The fact that she dismissed that covenants that govern the Community as enforceable is problematic and simply untrue. What is evident is that under your Management, unattended cars can remained parked in the community. Car repairs can be made in the driveways. Residents to not have to comply with the policies and rules governing the use of the Pool. What is consistent about your reviews on the BBB site is your lack of management, i.e. poor management I am also in agreement with the reviews on the site regarding the methods you use to collect the monthly HOA fees. I appears that it is your goal to create undue hardship for any owner that my be late by repeating adding monthly the 20.00 to overdue balances that in my case was the 20.00 late fee. (I have reconciled that matter) However, I am far from done with it. Based on your business model the homeowner will never get ahead. Ayrshire does not have a board so don't use that excuse. Perhaps Kuester is best suited for the debt collecting business. I will address my concerns at our HOA meeting in the fall. In fact i will share the email with my fellow residents. It is my understanding that a board will be elected. I will not sit by and allow your poor management to adversely affect my property value. I am alsoaddressing my concerns on with the BBB.
