Unreasonable end of lease terms

1

I leased a vehicle for 3 years. At the end of the lease, I was told I needed a pre-end inspection. I did this--and a whole series of photgraphs were taken and 2 hub caps were missing--one was in the back seat of the car but because it feel off often I kept it there. When i returned the vehicle to my dealership (from who I leased it) --I had the interior steam cleaned and the missing hubcap put on. TFS still chared me for these items on the pre-inspection because I did not have a final inspection. My dealership told me they send it for final inspection and final disposition. TFS still tells me I am responsible for the remaing 350.00 from the pre-inspection. No amount of documentation or dealer afirmation works.
