Complaint Type: Billing or Collection Issues Description of Complaint: I'm Disabled and have a billing dispute that needs to be resolved I feel my rights have been Violated for the sum of approx $ 67.00 and being cut off when I paid $ 90.00 dollars just three weeks before on 10/1/19 I feel this is unfair billing practices for one I have mentioned that I only get paid once a month on 1 St of each month and explained to them I could only afford $ 90 for Oct 2019 they seemed to not want to hear that I consider it as unfair billing practices and feel I should not have to pay a reconnect fee of $ 40.00 how is it that does not acknowledge the Americans with Disabilities Act. It is a Federal law that all Businesses have to go by no exceptions to the rule this I feel is also an act of Disabilities Discrimination all I asked for was a reasonable accommodation of billing due to date change and the have failed so I feel it was a ploy to get more money than the actual bill no other Disabled person shall have to deal with a monopolized company as I will advocate for changes in the current unfair billing practices of such company I'm not trying to get out of a bill but I shouldn't have to fight these people each month and cause me serious health Issues I have heart conditions and Diabetes along with Depression
