Unprofessional staffs

I'm complaining about your LBC staff stationed at Puerto LBC branch Cagayan de Oro city for their very unprofessional behavior. I went there today August 21, 2021 3pm and supposed to hand my package bound to Cebu. The staff immediately looked at my package with Chili garlic bottled products and said they would charge my package for P750. I was shocked at the price and she told me that they will have to re package my products even though it was properly packed and bubble wrapped individually. The other staff then said, we will re pack that properly because when the packages arrive at the boat, it would be thrown everywhere and LBC doesn't guarantee its SAFETY! This is the services offered by your company to your customers? I do not like to post this to social media since i still have faith on the company even though there are bad apples stationed at one of your branches.
