I would not recommend... I went in with a wedding party and we all got sized and placed our orders, a few days later they call and tell me they lost my size and that I have to come back in and get re-sized because the girl didn't write it down. Then 2 months later when I am to be picking up my dress they call and tell me they ordered the wrong style dress and that it will now not be in for another 2 months, cutting it very close to the day of the wedding. There is no excuse for losing my sizing and ordering the wrong dress...that's your main job. I was finally called to come pick the dress up which I did. When I got home to try it on it didn't look how I remembered so I emailed the other bridesmaids and it turns out that they gave me THE WRONG DRESS STYLE. They called the bride to tell her and she called me and said they were going to call me...I never received a call. I called them and found out they had my number wrong (even though I had been called by them previously) I now have to make a 4th trip to the store to get the correct dress. Lets hope I don't need alterations as the wedding is next month and that doesn't leave much time. For all these screw ups they have not refunded a portion of my money or offered anything for the multiple inconveniences I went through. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to use a different bridal store. (This was the McKnight Rd store in the North Hills)
