Unnecessary costs added on my account

Edgars account was paid up to date 29 OCTOBER,phoned from branch they said no extra costs will be added.December 8th a new statement was mailed&costs were added,since then many phone calls to RCS/Edgars& IUA&emails&no results.Have been unemployed since Sep-21&can’t afford to keep account.Don’t know what to do anymore.
