I received a letter stating that I was approved for a $10,000 platinum membership card and all I had to send in was a money order for $37 which will be refundable and all they sent me was a paper copy of a card. And not even a catelog and I still haven't received my refund of $37. I tried to order something but it wouldn't let me because of the wrong account number they gave me and its bogus. I want my $37 back. My fiance told me to call and I kept getting switched to different departments to handle the matter. Someone please help me with this issue.
