I was given a beautiful Vanelli handbag for Christmas by my boss. I loved the bag but unfortunately it had no structure to it and was very heavy. When I called the store and talked to the manager, I explained the situation and told her that my friend had thrown the receipt away, could I just exchange it for something that works for me. The Manger was very cold and didn't treat me very well but told me to come into the store and I could exchange the bag. I never used the bag and it was in pristine shape. When I went all the way to King of Prussia, on my lunch hour, the same manager, had terrible customer service, was very snobby to me and found whatever excuse she could to tell me she would not do anything for me. Not even an exchange for a lesser priced item. I think that store has terrible customer service and should not be trusted for any purchases! I will make sure I tell as many people as I can to never go to Marmi's in King of Prussia unless you want to pay a lot of money for something and be treated like dirt!
