I am currently being pursued by GLA attorneys who is threatening legal action if I don't start paying my loan immediately through them. I also have a debit orders lodged against my bank account at Capitec Bank. Who do I pay? Directly to AB or through the lawyers. My loans has not been serviced for over 3 years as you sold your Ellerines stores where I took out these loans. I know the law states that if your loan has not been paid or now contact made over 3 years, this loan expires. So why do I need to pay a loan that has expired by law?
