Hi my name is Darryl Gray. I'm an Era Origin Mobile Game player. My Character name is Vaishnavi Peak level 154 now class is a Revenant from US server 11 named Borax. The incident occurred on November 1st, 2019 time 11:44:52 pm. The incident was a transaction posted to my email. May i mind you that at the time i never made a purchase or even intended to. I asked those who i knew did they know or did anything about a transaction everyone didn't have a clue or even knew about the game or a transaction. I tried to contact google play a third party that helps consumers to pay for in game currency. They asked me to contact your company to request a refund. November 3rd, 2019 i got an email from support/eyougames.com stating pretty much they weren't going to refund my money which the amount is $99.99. They said the reason why they claimed i had the product which is called gold diamonds and the amount i viewed on the receipt was $99.99 for 6000 gold diamonds. I tracked down back on November 1st, 2019 that there was an event called Exciting Events. Now on one of the events it was a top up rank showing people who spent money from November 1st to November 3rd. It did not list my rank to show if i spent any money on the 1st of November 2019. On November 3rd, 2019 I sent 2 screenshots as evidence to show Eyougame about the incident. Still no response. It led to the result getting my bank involved cause this is my hard earned money i work for just like you all who work for this platform. I'm trying to be reasonable about getting this resolved. I'm asking one last time please check out the game to see my activity. I'm sending the 2 screenshots as record to show you why I'm asking for my money.
