Unauthorized Charge on my Debit Card.

There is an unauthorized charge on my debit card for $89.99 that was charged at 3am EST this morning September 21st. I do not have AVG as my security so how was I charged for this and better yet how did this company get my debit card information? This is fraud. I want a full refund of this amount immediately.
