I took coins into Wal-Mart in Montrose, CO on 1/13/19. It printed out my ticket and I went shopping. When I got to the cashier the ticket was not redeemable? Wal-Mart was nice and called Coin Star they stated they were having problems and if I could come back in an hour? Are they serious? It took my money and charged me a fee and yet I can't redeem it? I came home and called and the lady stated it was Wal-Mart's issue? I went back on 1/15/19 and still could not get my money. I am going to report them to BBB THIS is unacceptable. Seriously.
