Unable to resolve charge

I attempted to refuse the charge, as it was done without my permission. The struggle was daily and exhausting. I advised my bank that I wanted to end the dispute. The $59 was charged to my credit card account. I provided SundanceNow with proof of that, but they still refuse to end the dispute or let me use the service they've charged me for. And there is still no way to reach them. One can send an email and hope that someone answers. No phones. No mailing addresses. Cheaters. User's recommendation: Don't try SundanceNow ever, even for a free trial. You'll be sorry.
