Unable to redeem rewards earned

I have been answering the surveys that have been emailed to me. I have accumulated enough earned rewards to redeem for gift cards, entered all my information and was told that I was not the correct user for the account. I verified my email address, which is the email address that I signed up with when setting up my account. I answered all the security questions correctly, but still unable to redeem. Repeatedly trying to access the website and it keeps telling me that there is limited access to website. I finally log into the website and go to rewards and I am automatically taken back to the home page. Unable to go any further. Emailed my problem where designated, but no response. I earned the rewards, now I want what is rightfully mine.
