UNABLE TO GET THRU TO BILLING DEPARTMENT TO GET A REFUND.

I PURCHASED A SUBSCRIPTION TO TENNIS CHANEL PLUS AND WHEN I FOUND OUT I COULD NOT GETCHANELS ON REGULAR TV SERVICE (DIRECTV), I CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION ON SAME DAY OF PURCHASE. i TRIED THE TELEPHONE NUMBER THEIR SITE LISTED FOR BILLING AND THE NUMBER WAS FOR TENNIS MAGAZINE. WHEN I CALLED, TENNIS MAGAZINE WAS UNABLE TO HELP. NO OTHER NUMBER ON THEIR SITE WAS OF ANY HELP. i FINALLY CALLED MY BANK AND THEY REFUNDED MY PURCHASE. User's recommendation: MAKE SURE YOU ACTUALLY WANT THEIR SERVICE.
