We've gone through a recent financial hit, one of the first things from our budget to go was our children's season passes for knotts. Tried calling them to ask for a cancellation and was rudely told no. I explained the card will most likely get closed and was told I will always owe knotts berry farm if I ever plan to go back. Owe for what? I've paid towards the pass and haven't gone as much, how is that not paying? Not just that, but the rude "customer service " rep who was just completely dismissive was uncalled for.
