Mr. Pankaj the so called own of Land twister is big fraud and just looting and swallow the hard earn money by doing fraud and fake promise. This man is highly unprofessional and once you give them token money for flat they start ignoring and delaying the project even not responding the call and messages. After a one-year struggle and not able to give possession of all the flat and not full fill all the promise which he did during deal(mentioned below) and now he wants to wallow our hard earn 450000 rs. They just want to increase their wealth by looting coman people hard earn money. I am struggling to get my one BHK flat no. 20/A/1 ,20/A/2 and 20/A/3 which me and my theireir two family relative book on 30.08.2019 on sec-127(prime city) khara Landran road. They promise us to provide 90% loan as we provide our side document four time in last one year but it's been year, and and they just keep delaying, and, and we had enough with him and want our money back but now he did not respond on phone and message. It's a very bad bad experience and I request every one please don't deal with M/S land twister and Mr. Pankaj sood User's recommendation: Fraud comany please don't do deal with them.
