I went into the store and they didn't have my size so the associate ordered the shoes I wanted online. She promised 5 -7 business days I should receive my package. This was January 9th 2021. I decided to call the 1800 number on the receipt and the person on the line said we don't have those shoes on stock anymore. We are gonna be sending you a check real soon. What! That was very unprofessional and extremely unacceptable and not to mention im still waiting on my money.
