On November 17,2017, I ordered two items from Twinkle Deals online, for Christmas gifts. Never received one of these items; reported to Twinkle Deals, to which they responded that they will resend item with a delivery date of "by Jan.17 2018" (to late for xmas). On January 17th 2018 (the final date of delivery), I received an email that the "ticket" that I had reported undelivered was closed with no recourse to speak with Twinkle Deals or receive a refund or any closure on this Item that I paid for in November 2017. They certainly did'nt hesitate to charge my account for the "item". They are untrustworthy and not good for their word.
