Twice not meeting deadlines

The first agent was no longer with the company after we called when that deadline passed. Now the additional 12 week deadline has passed and still no carport. This is not acceptable by any means. They do not even call to advise were they are in relationship to the project. If we were not trying to match what we have we would not work with them. I would expect they to reach out and make this right. Now two agent have not made this order complete. Wht will you/your company do to compensate us for your delays? I do not wish to send 100 words to not avail at this time. Why should I?
