Update by user Jul 15, 2019 I posted a second review on their site. They then send me an email asking me to "verify my review". When I did the page said "Thank you for your contribution. We have verified your submission. IF THE CONTENT IS APPROVED it will be published within 72 hours." I understand there could be offensive language but I made sure I didn't use any. I will report back whether this review is actually published. Original review posted by user Jul 15, 2019 I wrote at review on their site: "Flat, no support but worse, not returnable! NOTHING on the receipt says "final sale" and I certainly did not see it when I ordered them online - the rude manager in the store is willing to pull it up on their computer to "prove it" to me in front of many other customers. I hate this place. I love Abeo shoes but the Walking Company policies stinks! From not having sizes in stock to not accepting unworn returns and EXTREMELY rude store personnel. I've shopped at TWC for many many years because of the shoes but I am always unhappy about something and would prefer not to have to shop there!" I got a reply; "Thank you so much for your review of our product. If you are having an issue with your item and it has been less than 30 days since your purchase you are more than welcome to return by mail or to a store as long as the item is still in unworn condition (excludes final clearance)." This response was less than helpful and I replied; "I had tried to return them at the Willow Grove Mall TWC, 3 days after they arrived. The manager was extremely rude and would not even discuss it with me. Instead, he indignantly brought the item up on his computer and showed me where it said final sale. He spoke loudly in a nasty tone, doing his best to make it look like I was out of line in front of other customers. I will NEVER return to that store. And I will swear it did NOT say final sale when I bought them. I'm used to being screwed by TWC so, I would have double checked before I bought shoes I couldn't return!" Then I checked for my review to see if I could update it - and it is GONE! No where to be found.
