Trying to talk to technical support about a warranty problem

Trying to speak to a human is a joke, almost an impossible task. Been on hold, listening to music for over an hour. User's recommendation: Usually quality but if you have a problem good luck getting help, been on phone listening to music while on hold for over an hour.
