Placed an order for letters and numbers on October 29. Have not heard or received anything. Have been trying to get update, as I need for Christmas. Have sent email - no response, have left messages - no response. And - when I call, after the phone rings 5 times - each time I call - someone says "Propatches" and then gets disconnected. This is probably an answering machine, not a person, as it happens every time I call - which has been many! Wish I had checked the customer reviews before I ordered. Would not do so again. User's recommendation: Don't waste your time - you will just be frustrated.
