Trying to close account

I have talked to these people once back in February or March notifying them of a death of a customer and requesting they close account and pickup their appliances. Now I am in the process of selling the house and they send a bill for rental since I believe February. I have called twice trying to pay the bill and get the account closed. They say they cannot take payments over the phone and will send me a link to be able to pay and that will start the process of closing the account. Don't know why that wasn't revealed to me in February??? But fast forward I have now called twice and am still waiting for the link to be sent to me. User's recommendation: Avoid doing business with this company. They are incompetent and never do what they say they will do. Also there is no way they will give you the name, number or put you in touch with a supervisor.
