Trying to cancel order going to wrong address

I changed address order went through got email. An had wrong address. So called to cancel because I couldnt change it only was few minutes. He couldnt help me at all which is ridiculous! I only just placed item. Now its going to a wrong address 550 miles away!!! Im not happy about this at allwhy even have cancel button on the order!!! User's recommendation: You should be able to cancel an order made with in a certain time frame!!
