I strongly recommend against doing business with Credit One Bank. I accepted a preapproved offer from Credit One several years ago, and implore others not to make the same mistake. Credit One did not provide the promised regular credit line increases despite my perfect payment history, excellent credit and more than adequate income stream. Most recently, Credit One breached their contract by failing to credit a cash back reward for a gasoline purchase. Customer service was only interested in refusing my valid claim. User's recommendation: Avoid.
