We have used Viking fort many years . Recently the local office switched to a call center, Today the service was to be done and the gentleman showed up. But left before talking with me (9 The owner ) I tried to call the office and got Martha at the call center. No Manager available only could leave Him(?) an email to call me. I asked for a number for their headquarters and was told nothing available. When the local office was open we could correct issues with a minimum of bother. Now no follow up. Billing is always wrong and again no one who answers can correct Totally unacceptable I will probably cancel and switch to a company that has available contacts in case of issues. Viking is terrible....
