Tour Representative Didn’t Show Up

I was supposed to meet a tour representative in the Florence Italy train station to give me train tickets to The Easy Venice Tour. The representative didn't show up. I tried to contact the travel agency and Viator to find out what happened, but I haven't heard back User's recommendation: Avoid.
