Decided to have them write 5 pages of an 8 page paper (was hoping to get a solid foundation, then add more to it), then two hours after submitting my request, I changed my mind and decided to write the whole thing myself. It took well over an hour for them to get back to me confirming the details of the paper, but when I e-mailed saying to cancel my order, I received an e-mail within minutes saying my credit card had been charged. I wasted a lot of time in chat sessions with guys with first names like "NIgel, " "Benjamin, " and "Dan, " as well as on the phone trying to get a refund. Then, a week and a half later, I contacted them to get the status of my refund, and they said they sent me my order on the day I requested. If the company posts a generic response to this complaint, it will just infuriate me even more. Eff this ###s. PS: the paper ended up being a total joke. I would say that monkeys could have done a better job, but that would be an insult to monkeys everywhere, .
