I purchased three items two being furniture protectors, they were fine, not great but ok, but then I got a portable hammock, the pieces didn't fit together so sent it back with they're label. well they credited me for one of the protectors instead of the price of the hammock. you would think they would know the difference between metal and material wouldn't you..TRIED TO REASON WITH THEM BUT NO, WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN, IF THEY CAN'T GET THAT STRAIGHT, CAN'T TRUST WITH ANOTHER OTHER
