Received 18 volt 4 pack tool combo DCK 425C years ago as a gift never opened the box. Today I opened it to hang tools up and it is missing the compact drill. 18 v has been discontinued. I dont have receipt from years ago as it was given to me as a gift and it been multiple years.I offered to take pictures of the box and components so they could see I had never used them and what was missing. Customer service was of no help. Rochelle the second supervisor I spoke with was especially rude. Te User's recommendation: Open your box from dewalt right away as it may be wrong and without receipt dewalt will not do anything to rectify the situation.
