I ordered 4 pairs of earrings from this seller on 1-17-13 and she informed me on 1-21-13 that she would ship the next day. After a week without receiving my package, I emailed to ask for a tracking #. She claimed that she didn't have one because it cost her $4 (LIE, this costs less than $1 from the post office) and she requires buyers to pay for it, which she never told me about before she "shipped". After another week of not receiving my package, I asked for a refund. No response. I filed for a refund with PayPal. No response. After a few days, I escalated to a claim and she still hasn't responded. Unfortunately, I have to wait 10 days before PayPal will give me my money back and who knows whether she cleaned out her account to avoid paying me back. Do NOT buy from VeryEnchanting.com, Elaine Buckner, elaineveryenchanting (on eBay), or VeryEnchating (on Etsy)! She will steal your money!!!
