Took double amount of money from my card $34.00 waiting 2 hours for a cup of coffee instead got a half of cup

I waited 2 hours for my coffee I ordered it at 9:00 and got it at 11:45 they double charged me for my coffee and funny part is instead of a full cup of coffee I got a half of cup I threw it away because I dont know if this person who drop it off drank it &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; she has this corona virus and I catch it so they changed me $18.00 plus $16.00 and I only ordered 1 coffee and for a half a cup
