Took $160 for pump out ‘fee’

I was counting on the $300 of value left in my propane tank when your company took your tank from my property. Instead I received $59 check in the mail without any notice. Since I paid for that propane to begin with I feel the customer should receive that back. We had 30% left in our tank. Very disappointed. Christine and Tom Pesha. 810 444 ****
