Too big to give a damn.

I bought a Seventy-Two brand new, 0 miles. After less than 100 miles, the dealer fitted exhaust rattled off the head. This was repaired under warranty. Less than 200 miles, a high pitched ringing from the pipe alerted me that the exhaust bracket cracked, after an arduous uphill battle finding and then pointing out the fault which they couldn't find themselves, they agreed to replace the part on warranty, A YEAR LATER, STILL pending. The average service booking time is a 2 week wait, followed by 1 week in store. The average repair time is around 2 months; 2 weeks to book, 1 week to assess, 4 weeks for spares and another week for repairs. My bike has gone in for another repair, and I've been "waiting on parts" for 2 months. Never Again.
